This case study shows how I independently developed company-wide standards for FAQ content at FactSet. My work addressed inconsistent structure, duplicated information, and poor findability. I defined when FAQs should be used, how pages should be organized, and how questions and answers should be written. This case study demonstrates content governance, information architecture, standards development, and user-centered documentation strategy. 

I created this help center page for FactSet's Compliance tool. It explains workflows that include account management, compliance checks, incident monitoring, and rules management. It shows my ability to organize complex financial-software workflows into clear, task-based guidance for users working in a regulated environment. 

I created this help center page based on a white paper used in finance engineering. This sample explains the quantitative methodology behind scenario generation in FactSet’s Asset Allocation application. I edited and structured complex material covering normal and fat-tail models, covariance adjustment, Gaussian copulas, mathematical notation, and scenario-generation procedures. It demonstrates my skill in working with highly technical subject matter while preserving accuracy and improving organization and usability. 

I created this calibration and adjustment manual for the DMM7510 at Keithley Instruments (Tektronix). It shows complex verification and calibration procedures for a graphical sampling multimeter. It combines safety-critical instructions, equipment setup, wiring diagrams, measurement limits, troubleshooting guidance, and remote-command procedures, demonstrating my skill at organizing highly technical engineering information into precise, yet usable, documentation for technical users. 

I created this user manual from old, scanned documents written for internal users by long-retired engineers. I updated the content, took photos, drew figures, and standardized the language. This user manual explains how to install, configure, and operate Keithley’s 3765 Hall Effect Card for low- and high-resistivity measurements. It combines safety-critical procedures, hardware installation, cable preparation, system diagrams, channel notation, guarded and unguarded configurations, and measurement setup. This manual demonstrates my ability to document complex engineering systems for technically sophisticated users.

I created this quick start guide for the Model 4200 at Keithley Instruments (Tektronix). This guide helps users set up and begin using Keithley’s 4200-SCS semiconductor characterization system. It combines safety guidance, hardware setup, test-fixture connections, and step-by-step instructions for running tests, viewing results, and exporting data. I also was very involved in the design of the InDesign template for this document. Quick start guides were printed, spiral-bound documents, and I also managed the print production of this document, along with the translation through Moravia. This sample shows my ability to turn a complex technical system into clear, task-focused onboarding experiences.
