  • Living & dining space with a tulip dining table, retro orange fireplace, queen pull-out sofa, green lounge chairs, and Samsung Frame TV.

  • Loft suite with a queen bed, green velvet privacy curtains, egg chair, and a spa-inspired bathroom with custom green tiles.

  • Ground-level bedroom with a daybed and full bathroom.

Important Notes

1. Construction Notice: Ongoing in the area but will not affect your access or amenities. Some noise may occur during business hours.

2. Safety First:

   • One outdoor camera for security.

   • Steep stairs to the loft—exercise caution and use the handrails.

3. Nature Proximity: While we conduct routine pest control, occasional bugs may be present.

4. Privacy Considerations: The loft suite has curtains (no door), and the windows offer reflective tint but no blinds for an uninterrupted view.

5. Pool Heating Fee: $35/day (reservations after 8/1/2024) with at least 2 days’ notice.

Policies

• Signed rental agreement and $250 refundable security deposit required.

• Not recommended for children under 12 due to steep stairs and open pool access.

• Maintenance tech visits for pool/hot tub on Fridays (10 AM–4 PM).
