Ayat Play provides an Islamic educational service focused on Quran memorization, recitation, access to supplications (Duas), and Hadith notifications. The App includes audio playback, progress tracking, and notification features.

3. Intellectual Property & Content

• Quranic Text & Recitation: The text of the Holy Quran and the audio recitations are provided from reputable sources. We do not claim ownership of the Quranic text or original audio recordings. All copyrights for the Quran belong to their rightful owners.

• App Content & Design: All other content, graphics, user interface, design, and code of the App are the intellectual property of Ayat Play or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You will not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to distribute unauthorized content.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information.

  Our  app does not  address  any one under  the age  of 13 .  We  do  not  collect  any  personal  information  from  children  through  our  application .

Ayat Play and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
