Ace Lab ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Jigsaw Journey mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and your choices regarding that information.
By using Jigsaw Journey, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Jigsaw Journey does not require or support account creation, sign-in, email registration, or any form of authentication. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers to use the App.
The App lets you turn your own photos into jigsaw puzzles. When you choose a photo from your device's gallery, it is processed and stored entirely on your device — it is never uploaded to our servers or any third party. We have no access to, and never see, the photos you use.
Coins, levels, puzzle completions, streaks, and other in-app progress are stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us and is not linked to any personal identity. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes this data.
Jigsaw Journey shows ads through Google AdMob to support free play. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect:
Advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID)
Device information (device model, operating system version)
Approximate location (derived from IP address, not precise GPS)
IP address
App usage and interaction data related to ads (e.g. ad impressions, clicks)
This information is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Google's Privacy Policy for details.
The App requests access to your photo library only to let you select a photo to turn into a puzzle. We do not request or use camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device permission beyond what's needed for this feature and for internet connectivity (used to load puzzle images and serve ads).
We use the limited information described above to:
Let you create custom puzzles from your own photos (on-device only)
Save your game progress locally so it persists between sessions
Display and measure the performance of ads that keep the App free
We do not use any information to build a profile of you, sell your data, or share it with data brokers.

We do not use any analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs beyond AdMob.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The only data shared with a third party is the advertising data described in Section 1, which is shared with Google AdMob solely to deliver and measure ads.
Jigsaw Journey is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below so we can address it.
Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (e.g. Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android).
Data deletion: Since all game data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App deletes it completely. We do not retain any copy of it.
Because we do not operate servers that store your personal data or photos, the primary security safeguard is that this information never leaves your device in the first place. Any data shared with Google AdMob is subject to Google's own security practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
