1. Scope of Data Collection

We collect user data only for supporting basic application functions and AI auxiliary diagnosis service. No irrelevant personal information will be collected without user consent.

• Visitor mode: Users who skip login will not provide personal identity information, and we do not collect any personal data under this mode. Partial advanced functions will be unavailable.

• Logged-in users: We collect necessary information based on your selected login method. Chinese language users may choose mobile phone SMS verification login or WeChat login; overseas users adopt email login. Collected information includes mobile number, email address, basic WeChat authorized profile information, customized nickname and avatar set by users.

• Business related data: We collect endoscopic image, video footage, patient ID information and edited medical case reports generated during your use, to realize image display, playback, report editing and data management functions.

2. Third-party Service Data Processing

Our app integrates authorized third-party service SDKs, and relevant data processing shall follow the privacy rules of corresponding service providers.

2.1 Volcano Engine AI Large Model

Before invoking AI analysis function, the application will pop up authorization window to inform users that image data will be transmitted to Volcano Engine. AI service can only be used after obtaining explicit user consent.

• Transmitted image data is solely applied to AI auxiliary diagnosis analysis, and will never be used for model training, commercial advertisement push or other irrelevant purposes.

• All data transmission adopts encryption technology. Relevant data will be automatically deleted after finishing AI processing, and will not be stored permanently by the third party.

• The application will stop calling all AI interfaces and uploading any user data immediately if users reject authorization.

2.2 WeChat Login Service

WeChat login function is only available under Chinese language environment. Basic authorized information obtained from WeChat platform is only used for account verification and login authentication, and will not be shared or used for other commercial purposes.

3. Cookie and Web Page Data Statement

A small amount of Cookie data will be generated during internal web page access, which is only used for maintaining normal webpage session and basic function operation.

We do not carry out cross-platform user tracking, user portrait establishment or advertisement attribution behavior via Cookie. No user personal privacy information will be collected through Cookie, which conforms to Apple privacy tracking specification.

4. Usage, Storage and Deletion of User Data

• Data usage: Collected personal information is used for account login verification, personal information modification and identity management. Image and case data are used for real-time endoscopic transmission, image processing, video playback, report editing, export and sharing. Custom settings such as watermark, timestamp, file name and language switch are also supported based on user data.

• Data storage: Valid user data will be safely stored during your account usage period. The quantity of bound connected devices has no upper limit.

• Data deletion: Users can log out or permanently cancel their accounts on the setting page at any time. All personal account information and local business data will be cleared correspondingly after account cancellation. AI processed data will be erased automatically right after service completion.

5. Rules of Data Sharing

We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to irrelevant third parties without your explicit approval.

User data may be provided only under legal mandatory requirements, court judicial order, enterprise merger, acquisition and restructuring situations, or official compliance inspection required by Apple App Store. No unauthorized data sharing behavior exists in daily operation.

6. Rights of European Union Users

For users residing in European Union region, your personal data processing fully meets GDPR compliance standards. You enjoy the rights to check, revise, download and delete your personal data. You can submit relevant demands by contacting our official email, and we will respond and handle your application within valid period.

7. User Account Management Rights

Users have full independent control over personal accounts:

1. Modify self-defined nickname and avatar freely after successful login;

2. Switch system language, adjust system authority, set patient ID, watermark and default report file name in setting page;

3. Log out current account or apply for account cancellation anytime in setting interface;

4. Manage, edit, export and share saved medical case reports independently.

8. Children Privacy Protection

Our application is not oriented to minors under 13 years old. We will not actively collect personal information from children. If we accidentally obtain minor user data without awareness, please contact us promptly. We will verify relevant information and delete irrelevant minor privacy data completely as soon as possible.

Teen users under local legal adult age shall use this application under the supervision and consent of legal guardians.

9. Data Security Protection

We adopt complete technical encryption measures and daily operation management specifications to protect user data, preventing data loss, leakage, tampering and unauthorized access. All data protection measures comply with Apple App Store data safety standards and industry security requirements.

10. Third-party External Links

The application may contain third-party platform links. We have no control over the privacy policies and data processing modes of external websites.
