4. Lesson Bookings

Jieng Lingua reserves the right to reschedule lessons where necessary.

5. Payments

Paid lessons and services must be paid in full before confirmation.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Student Cancellations

Lessons cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled without charge.

Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be forfeited.

Instructor Cancellations

If Jieng Lingua cancels a lesson, students will be offered:

• A replacement lesson; or

• A refund where applicable.

7. Refund Policy

Free introductory sessions are not refundable as no payment is required.

Refund requests for paid services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Unused future lessons within approved lesson packages may be eligible for rescheduling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Jieng Lingua, including but not limited to:

• Text

• Graphics

• Logos

• Lessons

• Videos

• Audio recordings

• Books

• Course materials

• Mobile application content

is owned by or licensed to Jieng Lingua and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or republish content without written permission.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully

• Disrupt website functionality

• Share offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

• Misrepresent their identity

Jieng Lingua reserves the right to suspend access where these Terms are breached.
