Jie Qin

I am an assistant professor in School of Foreign Language Studies, South China Agricultural University, China.

My main research interests are task-based and cognitive linguistics-inspired approaches to instructed second language acquisition, with a focus on the roles of tasks and individual differences in SLA.

Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University (2019-2020) funded by China Scholarship Council and mentored by Prof. Lourdes Ortega.
