Jide Olawepo & Co is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) to practice the profession of real estate surveying and valuation nationwide.
The following documents, which are available for your references attest to our qualification and genuineness as a competent and approved practicing estate firm:
i. Certificate of Qualification of our Principal Partner as an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, (NIESV).
ii. Registration of our Principal Partner by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, (ESVARBON).
iii. Registration of our firm by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) to Practice Estate Surveying and Valuation & Real Property Development and Management Consultancy.
iv. Certificate of Compliance of our Principal Partner to practice by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigerian, (ESVARBON).
v. Registration (Acknowledgement) with the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML) of the EFCC.
vi. Certificate and License of Nigeria Association of Auctioneers.
