JIDAI MEDICAL INNOVATION, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides PresentAhead, a presentation rehearsal application for physicians and researchers.
PresentAhead may process presentation text, rehearsal scripts, specialty terms, pronunciation settings, recordings, transcripts, and presentation timing data.
Imported PDF and PowerPoint files and raw audio recordings are stored and processed locally on the user’s device and are not sent to third-party AI services.
When the user voluntarily uses an AI Coach feature, only text selected and confirmed by the user is sent to our service provider for processing. The app does not send the entire imported presentation file, unconfirmed extracted text, or raw rehearsal audio.
The submitted text is used only to provide the requested app functionality. It is not used for advertising, user tracking, or model training by JIDAI MEDICAL INNOVATION, LLC.
PresentAhead is not intended to process identifiable patient information. Users should not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, addresses, faces, or other identifying information.
Presentation files, recordings, Specialty Dictionary entries, and rehearsal history are stored locally on the user’s device. Users can delete presentation projects and associated data within the app. Deleting the app also removes locally stored app data, subject to standard device backup behavior.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store complete payment card information.
PresentAhead is intended for adult healthcare professionals and researchers and is not directed to children.
PresentAhead is an educational presentation-rehearsal tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision support.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
