⚫Gambling & Drinking Liquor are not allowed.

⚫Visitors: Lady guests ill repute will not be allowed at any time.

⚫Rooms are to be occupied only by the persons to whom the allocations are made.

⚫Settlement of bills: Bills must settled on presentation, Cheques are accepted.

⚫Luggage will not be allowed to be taken out before completion of the bills. Room tariff full in advance.

⚫Valuable belongings: You are requested to keep your valuables in the safe deposit to the reception & collect the receipt for the same.

⚫The management is not responsible for loss or damage of the valuable things.

⚫Damage of the property: Any damage to the Hotel property caused by the visitor Will be charged on their account accordingly.

⚫ Management rights: You may be asked to vacate the room if your behavior and conduct is causing any inconvenience to the management or the other customers.

⚫You are requested not bring any food from outside or cook in the room or wash your clothes inthe bathroom.

⚫Government rules & Regulation: Guests are requested to observe the government rules and regulations in force time in respect ofregistrationalcoholic drinks, fire etc.

⚫The Room Key: Please Keep the key on the reception. If you want to keep withyou, in case of loss of key, it will be charged Rs. 1000/-

⚫Keep your area & Valley Clean Main gate of the hotel will be closed at 10-30 Midnight.

⚫Check outtime is 11:00am.

⚫In room dining & room service is not allowed in case of emergency it will be on chargeble basis .

⚫All your special wishes, objections, suggestions & compliments do express at the receptiondesk.

• We respectfully require cancellation/ amendment 10 days prior to the day of arrival to avoid retention charges.

• 50% amount will be deducted if booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the check-in date.

• Full amount will be charged if booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the check-in date.

• Holidays/Peak season cancellation/amendment must be done at least 10 days prior to arrival date to qualify for no cancellation charge.

• All No-shows will be liable for full retention charges.

• If any participant checks-out early, retention will be charged for those nights booked.
