Hello, I am Jiaying ("jee-ah-ying"). 

Welcome to my personal website!

I am an Assistant Professor in Finance at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. 

My research focuses on corporate finance and governance, with a particular emphasis on supply chains, product markets, and labor markets. 

I study how firms manage inter-firm relationships and respond to external shocks, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies. Broadly, my work explores how these factors shape supply chain stability, corporate strategy, and firm performance.
