1. Introduction
Welcome to Home GPS Sharing, hereinafter referred to as "us" or "our"!
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our Home GPS Sharing application (collectively or individually referred to as the "Services") operated by Home GPS Sharing.

4. Subscription
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis ("subscription"). We will regularly issue bills to you in advance ("billing cycle"). The billing cycle will be set based on the package type you selected when purchasing the package.
At the end of each billing cycle, your package will automatically renew under exactly the same conditions, unless you cancel the package or Home GPS Sharing cancels the package. You can cancel the renewal through your online account management page or by contacting rabbitom@gmail.com Customer support team.
We need an effective payment method to process your order payment. You should provide accurate and complete billing information to Home GPS Sharing, including but not limited to full name, address, state, postal code, phone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize rabbitom@gmail.com All subscription fees generated through your account will be credited to any such payment instrument.
If automatic billing fails for any reason, Home GPS Sharing reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the service.
5. Free trial
Home GPS Sharing may decide to offer a free trial for a period of time for subscriptions ("Free Trial").
You may need to enter your billing information to register for a free trial.
If you enter your billing information when registering for the free trial, Home GPS Sharing will not charge you until the free trial expires. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancel your subscription, you will be automatically charged the corresponding subscription fee for the selected subscription type.
Home GPS Sharing reserves the right to (I) modify the free trial service terms or (ii) cancel the free trial service at any time without prior notice.
6. Cost changes
Home GPS Sharing can modify subscription fees at any time at its own discretion. Any package fee changes will take effect at the end of the billing cycle at that time.
Home GPS Sharing will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any changes in subscription fees, so that you have the opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes take effect.
By continuing to use the service after the change in subscription fee takes effect, you agree to pay the updated subscription fee amount.
7. Content
The content discovered on or through this service is the property or licensed use of Home GPS Sharing. Without our prior explicit written permission, you are not allowed to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy or use all or part of the above content for commercial purposes or personal interests.
8. Prohibition of use
You can only use the service for legitimate purposes in accordance with the terms. You agree not to use the service:
0.1. Violation of any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
0.2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors by exposing them to inappropriate content or other means.
0.3. Transmit or cause to be sent any advertising or promotional materials, including any "junk mail," "chain letters," "junk mail," or any other similar solicitation.
0.4. Impersonate or attempt to impersonate a Home GPS Sharing employee, other user, or any other person or entity.
0.5. Infringe upon the rights of others in any way, or be illegal, threatening, fraudulent or harmful in any way, or be related to any illegal, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

0.7. Attacking services through denial of service attacks or distributed denial of service attacks.
0.8. Take any action that may damage or falsify the rating.
0.9. Otherwise, attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
9. Minors are prohibited from using
The service is only available for personal access and use by individuals over the age of eighteen (18). By accessing or using the service, you guarantee and declare that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have full authority, rights, and capacity to sign this agreement and comply with all terms and conditions. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you will be prohibited from accessing and using the service.
10. Account
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old and that the information you provide to us is always accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your service account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, delete or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
11. Error reporting and feedback

Unless prohibited by law, you shall indemnify us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents against any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of how such damages may arise (including attorney's fees and all related litigation and arbitration costs, or in any trial or appeal, whether or not a lawsuit or arbitration is brought), whether in contract litigation, negligence or other tort litigation, or arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Including but not limited to any personal injury or property damage claims arising from this agreement and your violation of any federal, state, or local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if we have previously been informed of the possibility of such losses. Unless prohibited by law, if we are found responsible, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product and/or service, and there will be no indirect or punitive damages under any circumstances. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, so previous limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
13. End
We may, for any reason (including but not limited to violation of the terms), terminate or suspend your account immediately and prohibit access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using the service.
All terms that should continue to be effective after termination based on their nature, including but not limited to ownership terms, warranty disclaimers, compensation, and liability limitations.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted by Indian law, which shall apply to this Agreement without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any rights or provisions in these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of these rights. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in effect. These terms constitute the complete agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and replace any previous agreements that may have been reached between us regarding the services.
