Tree Seed Algorithm

What is this algorithm?

The Tree Seed Algorithm (TSA) is a metaheuristic optimization algorithm that is inspired by the process of seed germination and tree growth in nature. It was proposed by Mohammed Reza Feizi-Derakhshi and Mohammad Teshnehlab in 2011 as an extension of the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm.
