Jianhe Du is a doctor of engineering, a professor, a senior member of IEEE, a master's supervisor, and a member of the doctoral supervisor. He graduated from the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) with a PhD degree in 2015, and taught at the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Communication University of China (CUC) in the same year, as well as visited the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, for research and training from 2021 to 2022. Currently, he focuses on communication and perception fusion, tensor analysis, intelligent signal processing and wireless localization techniques.
In recent years, he has published more than 80 papers in domestic and international journals and conferences, including more than 50 papers in SCI journals. He presides over the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the scientific and technological projects of State Grid, and the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, etc. He participates in the projects of National Key Research and Development Program (NKRDP) and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation (BNSF) as a principal researcher. He has applied for/authorized more than 20 national invention patents. He serves as a reviewer for many international journals and conferences, such as IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE ICC, IEEE GLOBECOM, etc. He also serves as a guest editor for the international journal Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing, a reviewer for the Information Division of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a communication reviewer for the acceptance of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation.
He is responsible for teaching several required undergraduate courses, as well as serving as an undergraduate class teacher and graduate student class teacher. He has been awarded the honors and awards such as Excellent Class Teacher of the Central Three Stations, Excellent Class Teacher of Communication University of China, Excellent Undergraduate Thesis Supervisor of Beijing Colleges and Universities, Outstanding Thesis in Broadcasting, Film and Television Science and Technology of China Society of Film and Television Technology, Outstanding Journal Thesis of Internet of Things Expert Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and Third Prize of Science and Technology of China Communication Society. He has been awarded the excellent evaluation of Communication University of China (CUC) for 7 consecutive years, and has been selected as one of the “Young Top Talents” program of CUC.
