I am an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering department at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, India. My research focuses on advancing technologies in GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs) for high-power and high-frequency applications, as well as compound semiconductor-based optoelectronic devices. I am also engaged in the colloidal synthesis of quantum dots for biomedical applications and the development of single photon sources, aiming to push the boundaries of quantum communication.
My primary objective is to develop cutting-edge compound semiconductor devices and fabricate nanostructures for diverse optoelectronic and biomedical applications. Through my work, I strive to contribute to innovative solutions and technologies that drive progress in these fields. Feel free to explore my research and get in touch for potential collaborations!
