I am an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering discipline at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, India. My research interests include optical/structural characterizations and theoretical simulation of III-V Quantum Dot (QD) nanostructures based optoelectronic devices, study of wide bandgap (WBG) material based nanostructures, optical and transport properties of various Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs) based devices.
