Team Check-In:
All coaches (and only coaches) must check-in their teams beginning at 8:00 AM in the Glass Pavilion of Levering Hall. We will have volunteers helping with directions. In addition, please note that Build Event Impound will take place from 8-8:45AM, so plan accordingly. The impound location will depend on the event - room assignments coming soon!
You will be required to confirm your final roster, so please bring any hard copies of your roster and waivers to the registration table. Once checked-in, we will provide your team packet with your schedule, map, wristbands and more.
Team Roster
Coaches are required to submit a team roster of competing students (Roster or attached). Rosters and all release forms will be due on February 9 at 5pm. We require lead time to check all waivers and forms to ensure the check-in process can be as quick and easy as possible, so we appreciate your support in getting all paperwork turned in on time!
Please list the preferred name of your team if you would like us to list you on our roster as something other than your school name. Your preferred team name is how we will announce your team during awards. Ex. "Hopkins Blue Jays" vs. "Johns Hopkins University"
Your roster must include the names and grades for all competing students. Each team is allowed up to 15 student competitors and 2 alternates. Alternates are only allowed to compete if one of the 15 main team members needs to withdraw during the competition AND the student withdrawing has not participated in an event yet.
Please list the names of any known adult chaperones on the back page of the roster in case there is an emergency and we need to check attendance.
You can handwrite or digitally fill out your roster. Last minute changes can be made by hand at registration on the day of the tournament if necessary.

Waivers and Forms:

All participants (students and adult coaches/chaperones) on campus for the event will be required to return the following required forms:
Risk and Waiver of Liability Form. One per participant. All minors must have their form signed by a parent or legal guardian. We will also need waivers from any coaches or chaperones onsite directly supporting your team in a formal capacity.
Video and Photography Release Form. One per participant. Anyone without a form on file will be given an identifying wristband to indicate no photos are allowed.

Each student should return both the Photo & Risk and Liability Waivers signed by a parent or legal guardian.
