Registration

We are very excited to announce that we will be hosting the 5th Annual Science Olympiad Invitational at Johns Hopkins tournament in person on Saturday, February 10th, 2024 at the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus! This tournament is hosted by Charm City STEM League, an undergraduate student-led program.

This practice tournament will be a great way to:

• Promote a love for STEM exploration and learning in your students

• Prepare your team for what to expect at your regional tournament

• Have fun as a team!

Registration for the 2024 tournament is now closed as we have reached capacity for the tournament. 

Registration Payment Information:

The registration fee is $100 per team. Due to limited capacity at our tournament, we are implementing the following registration timelines to provide opportunities for more schools to participate:

• From November 6th - December 6th: Each school will be allowed to register one team and can opt to add up to one additional team to the waitlist. We can not accommodate more than 2 teams per school.

• After December 6th: Any remaining spots will be distributed to teams on the waitlist in order of registration date until we reach capacity.

Payment will be accepted via check (preferred) or credit card, and payment instructions will be provided in your confirmation email. Any payments received after January 15th will have a $25/team late fee added. Specific payment instructions will be provided in your team registration confirmation email.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

The deadline to withdraw from the tournament is Friday, January 5, 2024. 

• If you withdraw on or before this date and your payment has already been processed, in lieu of a refund, we can provide a fee waiver to attend a future JHU invitational tournament for the number of teams already paid.

• After January 5th, any payment fees already processed will be forfeited and refunds cannot be provided.
