1/19/2026.3.10.PM: Reconsidered at least one or more word choices, and maybe some grammar corrections.
(Read this page if you plan on making fan content and such, like video games, derivatives, etc. It isn't required but go ahead if you need to.)
Hello, I am Jhonny2339. I go by many names, but that isn't what I'm here to talk about.
I write and create stuff, that's your average computer kid's work.
However, there are some certain rules I wish people to abide by.
Here are my guidelines I expect others to follow.
Most of my writing's are licensed under CC BY SA, but most of my works require credit, since I don't like when people steal my work without my permission.
Creepypasta Guidelines:
✔️ You are allowed to re-post my stories on other websites, re-write or re-create my stories via different means, and you can narrate, commentate, and review my stories, as long as you give credit to me (Jhonny2339.) I'm alright if you decide to monetize your videos featuring my Creepypastas, as long as you leave appropriate credit.
✔️ You are allowed to create parodies of my Creepypastas "Either in video, literature, game format, etc" if you give proper credit to me. And maybe give me a shout out if you wish for alternative respect to my works. (Your parodies must be derivative and somewhat original if you plan on monetizing them. However, that is only the case if it is in a video game / game format.)
❌ You are not allowed to re-upload my Creepypastas to websites, with the main intention to claim ownership of my own work, and alongside that try to monetize or make a profit off of it, (This only applies if I believe the deed is done in malicious and poor taste, and if I consider it to be stealing.)
❌ You are not allowed to steal my Creepypastas and claim it as your own, especially if you never credit me.
❌ You are not allowed to make profit off of my Creepypastas via physical products, NFT's, subscription services, micro transactions, and merchandise in general. I don't think it's fair use when you straight up steal my Creepypastas and then sell the character's in the story as marketable plush toys, and I think most authors don't either.
❌ You are not to allowed to write defamatory derivatives of my Creepypastas with; the intention to damage my reputation via lies and accusations (Basic Criticism is okay, but straight up writing a Plagiarized Creepypasta claiming 'I scam grandma's' is just ridiculous.)
❌ You are not to allowed to make profit off of fan-games of my Creepypastas via micro-transactions, game-passes, and subscription services. You are allowed to do donations for your fan game, just make sure you don't theme the donation options purely on my Creepypastas.
❌ You are not to allowed to steal my work and put them in a book, "extra plagiarism points if you sell that book for a hefty price 0_0 ."
Remember, You may have to ask me if you wish to gain permission to bypass some of these rules. And honestly, I don't feel like licensing my Creepypasta's to big corporations and groups, simply because I don't feel like it'll end well. Otherwise, if a company wants to make a movie off of my work, that would be a complex even think about negotiating giving them permission to use my work. Always make sure to credit me, and ask me permission before you plan on monetizing my work in different ways. Remember, YouTube / Other video sharing platform monetization of my videos is fine [If you give credit], it's only if that monetization turns to Physical products (merchandise) and NFT's is where it goes to far.
Writings Guidelines:
(I guess this section of the guidelines is in place when I start writing fanfiction or whatever...)
SIMILAR To the previous section, most of my writings are licensed under CC BY SA, although I may ask for permission if you wish to share my writings on other sites.
Some rules from the previous section may be copied and used as reference for this one.
✔️ You are allowed to re-post my writings on other websites, re-write or re-create my writings via different means, and you can narrate, commentate, and review my stories, as long as you give credit to me (Jhonny2339.) I'm alright if you decide to monetize your videos featuring my literature, as long as you leave appropriate credit.
✔️ You are allowed to create parodies of my writings "Either in video, literature, game format, etc" if you give proper credit to me. And maybe give me a shout out if you wish for alternative respect to my works. (Your parodies must be derivative and somewhat original if you plan on monetizing them. However, that is only the case if it is in a video game / game format.)
✔️ You are allowed to create derivatives, as long as you get permission if you wish to monetize the works outside platforms like YouTube (Especially if your making merchandise for those derivatives, but either-way, try not to impose micro-transaction's as a way to profit in your derivatives, I don't want the Selena Bigger Boot Game Pass to exist.)[I don't know why I brought up the name "Selena" Maybe I'll use it as a name in a future literature of mine... 0_0 ]
❌ You are not allowed to re-upload my writings to websites, with the main intention to claim ownership of my own work, and alongside that try to monetize / make a profit off of it, (This only applies if I believe the deed is done in malicious and poor taste, and if I consider it to be stealing.)
❌ You are not allowed to steal my writings and claim it as your own, especially if you never credit me.
❌ You are not allowed to make profit off of my writings via physical products, NFTs, subscription services, micro transactions, and merchandise in general. I don't think it's fair use when you straight up steal my work and then sell the character's in the story as marketable plush toys, and I think most authors don't either.
❌ You are not to allowed to write defamatory derivatives of my writings with; the intention to damage my reputation via lies and accusations (Basic Criticism is okay, but straight up writing a defamatory version of my work with descriptions claiming 'I scam grandma's' is just ridiculous.)
❌ You are not to allowed to make profit off of fan-games of my writings via micro-transactions, game-passes, and subscription services. You are allowed to do donations for your fan game, just make sure you don't theme the donation options purely on my writing's.
❌ You are not to allowed to steal my work and put them in a book, "extra plagiarism points if you sell that book for a hefty price 0_0 ."
Again, I may not license my writings to big corporations for them to profit off of, but I am okay with derivative works, as long as they leave credit to me. I may also allow them to monetize their own work if I'm okay with it. Remember, I'm not really good with copyright stuff, I really hate having to send DMCA take-downs to malicious entities stealing my writings for their own personal gain, so please respect my work and give me credit.
Midi's / Songs Guidelines:
I Don't really have much to say, other than crediting me when re-sharing my Midi's and Song's I compose, don't make profit off of them, don't claim ownership over them and use that self ownership to DMCA / strike other individuals, and also probably credit the original composers, since some of the midi's I create are either midi's I found on the internet and slightly modified, or are simply compositions or derivatives songs by already existing bands, in a midi format of course.
Some of my music work will be free to use, if I decide to compose free music.
(Disclaimer: I don't make profit off of the midi's / remixes that are covers of already existing songs and soundtracks, because that would be criminal.)
Project Guidelines:
✔️ You are allowed to create derivatives of my projects, as long as you don't make profit off of them via "Micro transactions, Gamepasses, NFT's (Donations are okay)" AND if you credit me dearly.
✔️ You are allowed to create parodies of my Projects "Either in video, literature, game format, etc" if you give proper credit to me. And maybe give me a shout out if you wish for alternative respect to my works. (Your parodies must be derivative and somewhat original if you plan on monetizing them. However, that is only the case if I don't give you permission to monetize them.)
❌ You are not allowed to steal or copy my projects in a way to make profit without my permission, or to simply make gain off of my projects.
❌ You are not allowed to leak my private projects to the public (Even before they are released) without my permission. If you plan on leaking projects that I've haven't released, then please credit me, and I'll be judging you.
❌ You are not allowed to steal my projects and claim ownership over them.
❌ You are not allowed to make profit off of my projects via NFT's, Game-passes, physical copies and products, etc. This only applies if you never get my permission, and most likely I'll not allow you to make profit if it involves commercial stuff, although donations are okay. Just don't make profitable products based on my projects, I may not like it.
Remember, You may have to ask me if you wish to gain permission to bypass some of these rules. Not all rules are bypass-able.
Please remember, I deserve credit, and if your stealing my work and claiming it as your own, then that's just going to make me sad. I like fan games, fan projects, and other fan-based content of my work, but I have to list these guidelines because there are people in the world who steal and spread other's work illegally, which ruins the fun for everyone. Please respect my rights, respect my work, credit me, and always make sure to ask me permission just in case. Just remember, credit can help, but the consequences of making big bucks off of my work (Without my permission) are unbearable.
Thank you. take care of yourselves and your family, respect your patrons, and have a nice day.
