Welcome!
I am an incoming Assistant Professor of Economics at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (Medellín campus), selected through the national merit-based competition 2026. I am also a Research Affiliate at the University of Le Mans (GAINS-TEPP, IRA) in France.
I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Le Mans (GAINS-TEPP, IRA), France, in 2024. Following my doctoral studies, I served as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Economist at Centre pour la recherche économique et ses applications (CEPREMAP) in Paris (2024–2025). I hold Master’s degrees from the Paris School of Economics, the University of Le Mans, and the Toulouse School of Economics. My professional experience includes roles at several international institutions, such as the World Bank, the OECD, and the Paris School of Economics.
My research focuses on labor economics, macroeconomics, inequality and development economics.
