My Story

I attribute my explorations and life mostly to serendipity, where countless experiences of the past and the encounters of the present inspire me to become who I am.  Today, my personal practice is driven by a sense of curiosity towards mountain environments. Meaningful experiences, instead of accomplishments and failures, characterize the motivation behind my pursuits over the last decade, when I learned to become a student of the world

Besides teaching and writing, mutual coaching opportunities with my training partners planted the seeds of passion in movement and endurance. Over the past five years, I have taught natural movement to hundreds of learners, and developed an interest in coaching uphill running, managing neuromuscular fatigue and developing endurance race strategies.
