A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid before final image delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If the Client cancels the session, the deposit will not be refunded.

If the Client needs to reschedule, JGrooverMedia will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date based on availability.

In the event of emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances beyond control, both parties may agree to reschedule.


5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will typically be delivered within ______ days after the session.

RAW/unedited files are not included unless otherwise agreed.


6. Copyright & Usage

JGrooverMedia retains full copyright ownership of all photographs.

The Client may use the delivered images for personal use and social media posting. Images may not be sold, altered heavily, or used commercially without written permission from JGrooverMedia.

JGrooverMedia may use images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.


7. Liability

JGrooverMedia will take reasonable care to provide high-quality photography services. However, the Photographer is not responsible for:

If photographs are lost or damaged due to circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.


8. Client Cooperation

The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment and reasonable cooperation during the session.

JGrooverMedia is not responsible for missed moments due to lack of cooperation, late arrival, or interference from guests or other photographers.


9. Agreement
