Apart from the invited talks, the general presentations are scheduled to be held in two parallel sessions.
The detailed schedule of sessions, along with guidelines for poster presentations and other instructions, will be announced in due course.
Venue
The poster venue is distributed as follows:
Posters No. P01–P24: Y206 (rooms located upstairs from the auditorium)
Posters No. P25–P48: Y306 (rooms located upstairs from the auditorium)
Posters No. P49- : Entrance Hall of Maskawa Hall
Detailed information will be provided upon your arrival.
Poster Board Assignment
Please check the Program to find your name and the number assigned to
your poster. You are requested to mount your poster on the board labeled
with your assigned poster number.
Poster Flash Talks
The Flash Talk session will start at 17:00 on Tuesday, January 20.
For this session, all poster presenters are required to submit a
one-page PDF slide in advance via the following submission form.
The name of the uploaded file should be "(poster number)_(your name).pdf"
(ex. "P99_tanaka.pdf").

Uploading a file via Google Form requires signing in with a Google account.
If you are unable to sign in with a Google account, please email your PDF to us instead.
Each presentation slot is 1 minute long. Please submit your slide by January 18(Sun).
If the submitted PDF contains more than one page, only the first page will be used.
Poster Size and Display Period
The dimensions of each poster board are 86.8 cm (width) × 151.5 cm(height).
Only one side of the board may be used for your presentation.
Magnets will be provided to attach your poster to the board.
Posters may be displayed from the morning of January 19(Mon) until noon on January 23(Fri).
