Hi, I’m Own jamemad, the founder and CEO of Own jamemad Global Resources Ltd and JGr Agro Export and Import. I’m passionate about connecting farmers and consumers across Africa and beyond, and providing quality products and services to both.

I started my journey as an entrepreneur in 2019, when I saw an opportunity to export bitter kola, a medicinal nut that grows in West Africa, to Gambia. Bitter kola has many health benefits, such as boosting immunity, fighting infections, and improving digestion. I sourced the nuts from local farmers in Nigeria, and shipped them to Gambia, where they were in high demand.

Since then, I have expanded my business to include importing dried fish and fish feed from Gambia to Nigeria. Dried fish is a popular delicacy in Nigeria, and fish feed is essential for aquaculture. I work with reliable suppliers in Gambia who provide me with quality products at competitive prices. I also ensure that the products are properly packaged and transported to Nigeria, where I distribute them to various customers.

My vision is to grow my business and reach more markets in Africa and beyond. I believe that trade is a powerful tool for economic development and social impact. I want to create more opportunities for farmers and consumers, and contribute to the food security and nutrition of the continent.
