Gary Pickardt
Project Manager

Gary Pickardt of Pickardt Performance (2Ps) was the originator of the Jim Gilbert Memorial Build in 2020. This year, he served as the lead on the engine build and chief stunt driver.

Jen Goss
Project Coordinator

Jen Goss, President of Mid-Atlantic Fiero Owners Association, again brought her organizational skills to the table to identify volunteers and material donations. This build was particularly special because Matt McGowan is one of Jen's oldest friends.

Site Lead

Matt Gosss years of experience learning from Jim Gilbert paid off in knowing where to find anything and everything related to the last year's build. This year, Matt donated the car, garage space and his talents for the build.

Jestin Pickardt

Jestin of Pickardt Performance again brought his considerable mechanical and fabrication skills to the project. In addition to overseeing installation, he also took care of the exhaust post-build weekend.

Cody Kline

Cody was a crucial part of the project planning team and upon arrival, dove into various aspects of the project. He once again led the paint booth - this time on a smaller scale. Post-build, Cody plans to touch up various exterior pieces.

Debbie Salada

Debbie once again brought her photography skills to document the project, but she also brought the vast amount of knowledge she acquired in the past year to help tackle many parts of the project including the covering of the seats.

Paul Kolbus

A newcomer to the project group, Paul's experience with 3800SC installations was an invaluable part of the event. Paul was willing to dig in to all parts of the project while simultaneously allowing his brain to be combed through and his trouble-shooting skills used.

Vin O'Mara

Hailing from Northern NJ, Vin once again brought his sense of humor, generosity and a willingness to wrench and learn. Vin worked on every part of the project once again.

Wes Shiring

Wes was the first set of hands on site and proved a valuable asset to every aspect of the project, including piloting the engine rescue mission. Wes enjoyed camping at Lilac Spring with the best view of the weekend.

Tami George

Tami was never without a smile and appreciated the warmer conditions. She aptly took on the task of helping to prep the interior pieces, as well as providing positivity throughout the longest day of the build.

Greg Tripp

Greg is a relative newcomer to the Fiero community, although he is a longtime Fiero owner. Greg's meticulous work effort brought tremendous polish to the project, and his loan of a "shop" car was greatly appreciated.

Eric Schneck

Eric attempted to break the matrix, showing up for his third Fiero event of 2021 after a nearly fifteen-year absence. He was a huge help, sharing his longtime Fiero expertise to tackle different pieces of the project and also served as a source of humor throughout.

Greg "Cow S. Patoot" Cox

Returning again this year from Michigan, Greg was game to tackle any aspect of the project and even found creative ways to make things happen. Jen's most favorite was his deployment of the batteries in Ashleigh's Barbie Jeep to get the windows up to keep the project moving.

Craig Kunz

Although we put him in less compromising positions this year and didn't lock him in a room with fragrant chemicals, Craig seemed to once again enjoy himself. Assisting in interior installation, engine components and more, Craig was happy to report that he also picked up some new knowledge for the second year in a row.

Yvonne Kunz

Not wanting to let Craig have all the fun, Yvonne came along this year to aid in the build. In addition to sharing their lovely dog Zoey with us, Yvonne also helped prep parts for painting and installation.

Ralph Brand

The Georgia Fiero Club President originally intended to make the trip to VA to pick up his engine; however, as plans evolved and the trip fell the same weekend of the build, Ralph remained on site and lent a huge hand to the project - helping to install the brakes and tuning up the headlight mechanisms among other things.

Curtis Driscoll

Curtis came along with Ralph to pick up his new engine as well and got roped into helping as well. He worked opposite Ralph throughout the day and was a huge help.
