Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, resell, or redistribute our apps, or to use them for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
Intellectual property
Our apps, including their code, design, text, and graphics, remain the property of Jeffery Graham Christopher Evans or his licensors. These terms grant you no rights in our names, logos, or trademarks.
Third-party content
Our apps may link to or reference third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error free, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use our apps.
Term and termination
This licence remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting our apps from your devices.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for our apps or their content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the apps. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.
