MORE PHOTOS OF JFK WEARING A TIE

These photos were not taken in Dallas on the day of the assassination, but they show that Kennedy was in the habit of wearing his tie the way we would expect him to have worn it: with the knot centered in the middle of the collar band. The first seven photos were taken when JFK was in Forth Worth, a few hours before he went to Dallas for the fateful motorcade. In the Fort Worth photos, his tie knot is centered in the middle of his collar, as it is in the Dallas photos.

Of course, if one looks through all the known pictures of JFK wearing a tie, one can find some pictures where JFK's tie knot was slightly off-center, but only slightly, and that was the exception, not the rule.
