This page will provide you with resources to support you and your learners with troubleshooting Coursera and other technology platforms that the learners will have access to through the Google Career Certificates. 

Please note: Coursera and Google will be co-hosting a Coursera training series for administrators and for learners. You can find the invitation to these sessions below

For Administrators 

Coursera admins should visit the Administrator Help Center which includes a tech support knowledge base and a form for submitting help requests. Admins can also email clientsupport@coursera.org for direct and timely assistance from the Coursera help desk (note that this email address should not be provided to learners)


For Learners

Learners can use the Learner Help Center to access a live chat support feature and get help with account setup, enrollment, and general troubleshooting. Support requests can be submitted here.
