The follow contain the firmware used for the build of the SDrive-MAX
Build Steps
A "BESTDUINO" Ardunio UNO R3 and touch screen (Model ILI9341 were sourced online.
The uno2sio board and SDrive-MAX case were printed by an online vendor.
The uno2sio was assembled and soldered to the Arduino board as designed.
The SIO cable was made of standard wire and printed SIO connectors with KK396 crimp pins installed.
The unit was assembled, flashed with the SDrive software version 1.3, and fully tested with a micro SD card.
The SDrive is configured to use an EXTERNAL power source, but can be switched to SIO power if the unit is open and a jumper moved.
NOTE: do not power the SDrive externally when using SIO power!
Close up of the internals.
The yellow jumper can be moved to the left to use SIO power (do not use external power).
