Open Source Hardware Projects
Mission:
Use the power of open source software and open source hardware to relive the computers from the past using some modern technology.
General Information:
This site contains the support information for open source hardware projects that have been built and made available for purchase from places such as ebay.
The PCB boards, software, and printed cases used in these projects are credited to their original designers. The PCB boards retain all of their original printed designs.
Project Build Details:
Create modern hardware for the Atari 8-bit line of computers from the late 1970's to the early 1990's.
Gerber files from the respective projects were printed using PCB manufacturers.
The cases were sourced from open source projects and printed using PCB manufacturers.
The boards used feature Through-Hole designs with the exception of off the-shelf-items like the TFT touch screen in the SDrive-MAX or the ESP32 board in the FujiNet.
