Our application is designed with privacy in mind. We do not operate external servers or maintain a proprietary user database. All data generated through your use of the app is stored locally on your device or within your personal iCloud account.
User Preferences and Song Data: The app stores your customized song settings, including your preferred keys, capo placements, and favorite songs, locally on your device using SwiftData.
CloudKit Sync Data: If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your song preferences and favorites automatically synchronize across your personal devices via Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is tied directly to your personal Apple ID. We do not have access to, nor do we collect, your Apple ID or personal iCloud data.
In-App Purchases: All financial transactions and subscription statuses are processed securely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or financial details. Apple manages all billing details in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The limited data processed by the application is used exclusively for core functionality:
To save and maintain your personalized song configurations (keys, capos, and favorites).
To synchronize your settings seamlessly across your own Apple devices via CloudKit.
To verify your in-app purchase and subscription status to unlock premium app features.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data synchronization relies entirely on Apple's CloudKit infrastructure, which is governed by Apple's privacy policies and security standards. We do not share your data with any external analytics providers, advertisers, or third-party networks.
Your data is protected by the built-in security features of iOS, SwiftData, and Apple's iCloud ecosystem. Because data is stored locally and within your private iCloud container, unauthorized third parties cannot access your application data.
Our application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
