The blur brush will automatically make you switch from the paint tool to the smudge tool. Once you go back to your basic soft brush, substance painter will keep using the smudge, which won't paint properly. Make sure you selected the paint tool when you're going back to a basic brush.
Please note that I did not made those model myself. Only thing I did here is the UV unwrap and paint in Substance Painter.
I will be show casing more work with the use of substance painter on further project, but again I just wanted to show case that I now know my way around Substance paint software.
