GreenpowerUSA, or Green Power for short, is a set of racing competitions held on specified dates, often at school buildings (usually high schools) where teams race against each other and attempt to get the most laps in 90 minutes. The cars must run on green and eco-friendly energy (hence the "green power" in Green-power-USA). The teams are scored not only on laps completed, but on presentations composed by the groups that introduce those teams and what they are doing/plan to do with their car(s) and money.
