I loathe "artist statements", as they inevitably come across as pompous and self-aggrandizing. In short, I love to create, and I find beauty in things both grand and humble. Much of my art is inspired by my travels, nature, and a sense of whimsy. I live and create art in the beautiful Texas hill country with my husband, three cats and five chickens.
