Thank you for your interest in MAKE / DO products. We offer our products at wholesale cost to retailers with a valid tax ID (for resale purposes only).  All authorized retailers will receive wholesale pricing, which is 50% of set retail prices.  See my Wholesale Account Request Form to apply.

MINIMUMS  

For first time, opening orders- $150 (wholesale) plus shipping.  Reorders- $100 (wholesale) plus shipping. Charlotte, NC local pickup option is also available.  Select this option before finalizing purchases if this is your preference. 

ZIP CODE PROTECTION is guaranteed for 90 days from the last order. Does not apply to custom blend orders. 

LEAD TIME  

Please allow 2-4 weeks for the production of most orders. This schedule may vary and you will be notified if it will take longer than usual. If you have a specific need-by date please let me know and I will let you know if I can accommodate your request.

SHIPPING 

You will receive a tracking number upon shipment of your order. You may request signature or insurance at an additional cost. *Note for Charlotte businesses we offer free local pick ups.

CANCELLATIONS 

We do not offer order cancellations. 

HANDMADE VARIABILITY  

Due to the handmade nature of our production, fabrication, process, and the materials used, there will be slight variation in each item. This is not considered a flaw but part of our aesthetic. The items pictured on our website are a very close representation of the finished items you will receive. 

CUSTOM BLENDS

-Head over to "Shop All Wholesale" on this site and select the item "Custom Blend Application"

-Upon completion of your application and deposit, we will reach out to connect with you about the vision for your custom fragrance blend that can be used for incense and wearable fragrances.

-We begin making samples for you

-You LOVE them and maybe make an edit or two

-We finalize your custom package design which includes a custom package accent color and label with your logo.

-$50 of your application fee will go towards your first order with a minimum opening order of $150.

AGREEMENT 

By completing an order and receiving an invoice from MAKE / DO  or Jessie Avant Smith Studio, you hereby state that you have read, understand, and comply fully with the terms & conditions listed above for the entire duration that you carry & sell designs by MAKE / DO and Jessie Avant Smith Studios.
