Jessica Wiley BMus(Hons) began her musical studies on the piano at the age of four, adding the violin a few years later, then started taking singing lessons whilst at The Latymer School. She was soon offered a place in the National Youth Choir of Great Britain. She then went on to obtain her music degree with a special performance course at Royal Holloway University.
Jessica has sung in choral performances in concert halls and cathedrals across the UK and Europe and recorded the popular Millenium Mass for Peace by Karl Jenkins. She was a member of the Chorus of the Academy of St Martin in the Fields and has performed solo recitals and oratorio roles in Surrey, Hertfordshire and London.
As a coloratura soprano in The Felici Company, Jessica sings in concerts and operas across Hertfordshire. She teaches singing and piano pupils at schools in Harpenden, Mill Hill and at home. She also directs a ladies choir. Jessica is a member of the Association of Teachers of Singing, regularly undertaking professional development to enhance her teaching skills. She lives in Welwyn Garden City with her two daughters and cat.
