In 2007, Jessica started her professional career in early childhood education. She has experience in various early education sectors and has spent almost two decades facilitating learning experiences for adults who work with children.   

Jessica is a California native, wife, and mother to two boys. She has received her bachelor's in Child Development and Master's in Public administration. 

Colibri ECE was born because Jessica saw a need to support educators who only understand Spanish. She wants to share her ever-growing knowledge and support the understanding of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education. She plans to use her 20+ years of experience working with children of all ages, education, and passion to grow our ECE field one educator at a time!
