Jessica Lauretti  is a growth executive who partners with founders and leadership teams to build new brands, ventures, and institutions.

Jessica is the author of Work Friends, a relationship-first growth system for building businesses through trust, community, and reputation.  She is also the Co-Founder of Friend of a Friend, an online community for women in business.

Jessica began her career in DIY music scenes and independent creative communities, where she learned how ecosystems actually grow. That foundation continues to shape her work today.
