Created continuing education videos on a variety of topics based on the needs of the nursing staff of Golden Years Staffing Agency.
Developed pre and post test surveys to understand participants level of education and confidence on each continuing education video.
Created a Golden Years Staffing Employee Information website for ease of access which includes all continuing education videos and surveys as well as new hire information.
