I am currently a postdoctoral researcher working at the Ernst Strüngmann Institute (ESI) in Frankfurt with Dr Rosanne Rademaker in the Rademaker Lab. My research interests are grounded in understanding the functional organisation of vision and memory throughout the brain particularly in relation to retinotopic organisation and category selectivity.
I completed my PhD in Psychology at the University of Edinburgh working with Dr Ed Silson & Prof. Rob McIntosh within the Silson Lab. My work focused on exploring the interactions between visual perception and memory using psychophysics, fMRI, TMS, and EEG. Specifically, I aimed to understand hemispheric asymmetries in object processing and the neural mechanisms underpinning individual differences in visual mental imagery, including aphantasia.
