Jessica Renz

Welcome to my page!

I am a PhD student at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Bergen in Norway.

Here, I am a member of the Stochastic Biology Group with Iain Johnston.

My research is about prediction and learning of evolutionary pathways related to Antimicrobial Resistance. In doing so, I work with statistical models, but also try to understand the problems from the perspective of pure maths (algebra, geometry, topology).

My work is part of the HyperEvol Project at the CAMRIA Centre whose goal is to use inter- and trans-disciplinary approaches to address the challenges in antimicrobial resistance research.
