Jessica Bernardin
Postdoctoral Researcher - Bittleston Lab
I am a microbial community ecologist inspired by the complexity and dynamics of tiny organisms that have large impacts on their communities and ecosystems. My research focuses on bacteria, fungi, and protists, investigating microbial community assembly, composition, and function on the microscopic level. I also am interested in the interactions between plants and their associated microbial partners including how microbial communities influence plant growth and fitness.
