Make sure you have actually read the rules before participating. If you were timeoutted, please look back and understand your mistake. Don't give me that look when you go "why was I timeoutted?".
I need to make this clear: do not ever appeal children that are under the age of 13. If you are a guardian or parent of your child and you want your child to be appealed, please teach them a lesson on not to be a jerk online, but also they shouldn't be online at such a young age. if, for whatever reason, they should be online, they shouldn't have access to any online accounts in the first place.
