The PACK in Action

PACK's impact looks a little different every year, but there are some traditions and investments that remain at the heart of what we do.

Farm to School Fun Run

Each spring, our Farm to School Fun Run brings the JES and Jericho communities together for a 1-mile run, 5K, and Wellness Path Walk. This family-favorite event supports Farm to School at JES, which brings local food into the cafeteria and gives students hands-on learning opportunities through the school gardens, bees, wood-fired oven, and more.

Staff Appreciation Week

Each spring, JES families come together to celebrate and thank the incredible teachers and staff who support our kids every day.

Supporting Our Playground

PACK makes an annual minimum $2k financial contribution toward the JES playground, investing in a space our kids use every day.

Artist in Residence

Every other year, PACK helps fund an Artist in Residence program, giving JES students the opportunity to learn and create alongside a professional artist.

Wherever We're Needed

PACK also responds to needs and opportunities throughout the year. That might mean rallying volunteers for Field Day, funding equipment requested by a teacher, providing food for a school event, or supporting a new idea that benefits JES students.

PACK's work changes as the needs of our school change. When there's an opportunity to make JES even better for our community, we want to help make it happen!
