Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Jersey Scanner – AI Identifier mobile application (the “App”) operated by us (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Jersey Scanner – AI Identifier is intended for users aged 4 and older, in accordance with its age rating on the Apple App Store.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Jersey Scanner – AI Identifier uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze front and back photos of jerseys uploaded by users.
The App provides general information such as team, season, design details, confidence score, and estimated value range for informational purposes only.
The App does not require user registration or login. All processes are handled temporarily, and results are displayed within the App.
Features
Premium subscription unlocks the following additional features:
Unlimited jersey identifications
Unlimited access to all generated reports
View and manage all scans in the History section
Free Users
Free users receive 1 free jersey identification upon first use.
Once this limit is reached, a Premium subscription is required to continue using the scan feature.
Billing & Management
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple App Store account.
Your account will be charged upon purchase confirmation and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
You are solely responsible for the photos you upload (“Content”).
Jersey photos are processed temporarily for identification purposes only.
If you delete a scan or clear your History, the associated images are also deleted.
Your Content is used exclusively to operate the App’s services and is never shared with third parties.
The App and its original content (excluding user-provided Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
All information provided by the App is for informational purposes only.
Jersey identifications, confidence scores, and estimated values are generated by AI predictions and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind.
In no event shall we, our affiliates, partners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
