I am a PhD candidate in Economics at Aalto University and Helsinki GSE. During the academic year 2023/2024 I visited the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics.

I work on topics related to labor economics and the economics of education. My research has been featured in several media outlets, including the The Economist, Financial Times, and Fortune Magazine.

I am on the 2025/2026 Job Market! In my job market paper, I study how teachers affect students' socio-emotional skills, and the earnings returns of teacher socio-emotional skill value-added.
