Dr. Jie Wen is a Full Professor at the School of Computer Science & Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen. He served as deputy director of Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Visual Object Detection and Recognition, and director of CMSemicon-HITSZ AI Chip Lab. His main research interests include data mining and machine learning.
Dr. Jie Wen obtained the Ph.D degree of Computer Application Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2019, supervised by Changjiang Scholars Distinguished Professor Yong Xu. He obtained the honors of ‘China National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents’ in 2019, Shenzhen Excellent Postdoctoral in 2020, and Excellent Postdoctoral of Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen in 2021.
Dr. Jie Wen presided over five projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation, and Shenzhen Fundamental Research Fund. He has published more than 100 papers on the TOP journals and conferences, such as IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TMM, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TIP, IEEE TSMC-S, IEEE TCSVT, Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, AAAI, IJCAI, ACM MM, and ECCV, where 5 papers are ESI highly cited papers. In addition, Dr. Jie Wen served as the Associate Editor of the Journal 'IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence', 'IEEE Transactions on Image Processing', 'IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security ', 'IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology', and 'Pattern Recognition', Area Editor of the Journal 'Information Fusion', Associate Editor of the Jounral 'International Journal of image and graphics', Edidoral Board Member of 'Mathematics' and 'Discover Artificial Intelligence', Youth Editorial Board Member of 'CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology (CAAI TRIT)', and the Area Chair of ACM MM & ICML & NeurIPS & ICLR & FASTA, the SPC (Senior Program Committee)of AAAI and IJCAI. He served as the reviewer of more than 30 international journals and conferences, including IEEE TPAMI, TNNLS, TIP, TMM, AAAI, IJCAI, CVPR, ICCV, ACM MM, etc. He is an IEEE/CCF/CSIG Senior Member.
