Southern Workshop on the Ethics of Emerging Technologies (SWEET)

I founded and co-organize the Southern Workshop on the Ethics of Emerging Technologies, or SWEET. This workshop brings together scholars from the southeast and beyond to discuss work-in-progress relating to issues surrounding AI, emerging technology, and other topics. This conference, now in its third year, is held at different venues every April in the southeast U.S.

Compass Ethics

I am an Organizational Ethics Consultant with Compass Ethics, a small ethics-centered consulting firm. Central to this role is offering insight to organizations seeking to improve their ethics, which requires taking philosophically informed analysis and tailoring it to meet the needs of the organization. Often, this involves presenting these ideas to groups of employees, managers, and other stakeholders. 

Georgians for End-of-Life Options (GAELO)

Since 2023, I have served on the Board of Directors for a Georgia-based non-profit called Georgians for End-of-Life Options (GAELO).
