TEAM JEREMY was formed in memory of our brother/son, Jeremy, who died in 2015 at the age of 22 when a blood clot stopped his caring heart. After he died, the doctors discovered he had cancer that had not been detected. In May 2018, Jeremy’s mother and the original captain of Team Jeremy, Gina, was diagnosed with, and died of cancer in a matter of 2 weeks. Help us put an end to this awful disease.
