I have been in the masonry business for 30 years, and have found that most complaints that homeowners have about a lot of contractors is they either do nice work, but lack good communication, or they are great at sales, but fall short when it comes to quality craftsmanship.  My two main priorities have always been to provide the highest level of quality work, and communicate well with my clients so that it's an enjoyable experience start to finish. This is why most of my work I get is through word of mouth, clients referring me to their friends, family, and neighbors.  I am also on the job site at all times, working alongside family who enjoy the work.
