I am an Economist in the Economics and Markets Research Department at the International Finance Corporation (IFC, World Bank Group). I obtained my PhD in Finance from Columbia (CBS) in 2025.

I am a financial economist and I study asset prices & venture capital. 

In the final PhD year,  I was a Summer Dissertation Fellow at the Federal Reserve Board in DC, after which I worked part-time for a hedge fund in NYC doing quantitative research with a focus on macro.

Before the PhD, I was a Research Professional in Finance at UChicago Booth. Prior to that, I completed an MSc in Finance and Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BSc in Economics at Humboldt University, Berlin. I  also completed courses in Mathematics (BSc) at Free University of Berlin and spent one year studying economics at UC Berkeley.
